Japy TCool

Designed according to the cooling technology developed by JAPY TECH, the TCool tanks preserve and respect the quality of your milk.

Best-seller of the JAPY TECH brand, the TCool is equipped with the concept of an evaporator with high heat exchange coefficient called STI (integrated tubular system) of JAPY TECH conception. This technology offers the fastest cooling if 2, 4 or 6 milkings (from 35°C to 4°C within less than 3H at 32°C ambient_class BII) with reduced energy consumption.  

It also offers secure cooling control with its ICool terminal.

The compact version with a ready-to-use cooling unit allows for quick installation without the need for refrigeration connections. The separate version has been designed to install the refrigeration unit in a ventilated area, thus allowing the best conditions for energy efficiency.

Our TCools are manufactured according to EN 13732 (manufacture and performance of bulk milk coolers on farm) and EN 60204 (safety of machinery - electrical equipment of machines). They are recognized for their refrigerating performances, the quality of their insulation and their design.

A high quality tank with a unique cleaning system

• A unique, seal-less manhole cover allows for vertical and side-hinged opening. The milk inlet or vent can be mounted on the front or rear of the tank.
• For optimum milk quality, the agitator gently stirs the milk. Depending on the volume of the tank, 1 to 3 paddle stirrers are used.
• Freshness kept in the right material : high density, CFC-free insulation maintains a constant storage temperature over long periods of time, minimizing energy consumption.
• Two washing circuits, both independent of the agitation
• A robust support thanks to the reinforced body of the tank which does not deform allows an accurate calibration, certified by the LNE and durable over time. The feet are solid and easily adjustable in the dairy.
