Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Uncleared cheques will be charged @ £30.00 plus vat.

20% deposit on placing order
75% upon delivery of goods to site, before any work is undertaken
5% upon completion of installation and Initial Performance Test

Retention of Title: Condition of Sale: Goods remain the property of Fullwoodhead Dairy Supplies Ltd until paid in full.
- The above prices are subject to VAT at the rate ruling at time of dispatch.
- The above prices are valid for 30 days
- Any unforeseen extras will be discussed and supplied at the recommended retail price and labour charged at the special contract rate.
- Goods returned only accepted for credit if returned within 30 days of receipt
- Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days
- All new DeLaval Capital equipment carries a manufacturer’s 1-year parts and labour warranty following an IPT (initial performance test where time & miles are F.O.C.)
- Any other equipment carries a manufacturer’s 1- year warranty and labour at 6 months
- Warranty does not cover items considered as wearable
- Manufacturers warranty is only guaranteed, provided genuine DeLaval parts and chemicals are used
- Plant to be serviced every six months from date of IPT by qualified Service Engineer
- This milking system specification conforms fully to the requirements laid down in the latest BS and ISO standards for Milking Machine Construction, Performance and Testing.
- The above offer is inclusive of installation except items which are stated SUPPLY ONLY, but excludes the following -
- Building, plumbing, joinery or mains electrical work
- Beam lifting equipment for stall work cross beams
- Cherry picker if required for possible high access
- Delays due to building work, may lead to possible charges.
- All surplus goods delivered to the job remain the property of FDS Ltd & shall be returned

- FDS & DeLaval are not liable for any loss of milk production during changeover period or after service works
- FDS & DeLaval are not liable for Bactosacan or SCC indifferences during change over period or after service works
- To safeguard yourself please ensure that you insure all new equipment when delivered to farm
