Q - What is a DeLaval Master Dealer?

A - As a DeLaval Master Dealer we can install your milking equipment and provide servicing from our DeLaval trained engineers. We supply official DeLaval spares and chemical consumables which are known to work best with DeLaval products.

Q - Can I open an account?

A - Yes, just call us on 01292 262341 or 01505 843000 and one of our team will set this up for you.

Q - Do you deliver all over Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands?

A - We cover everywhere apart from Dumfries and Galloway

Q - Do I have to be at home for my delivery ?

A - We will call to arrange a time suitable for delivery.

Q - What if I receive a faulty item?

A - Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will arrange to collect and either refund or replace as requested. Our contact number and email are available on this page.

Q - What if my product develops a fault during the warranty period?

A - All products we sell come with a 1 year/12 months warranty with ourselves if your product develops a fault during this period then please contact us to arrange a collection and replacement of faulty item.
